In traditional Chinese martial arts, Wing Chun Kung Fu holds a significant position. When practicing Wing Chun, punches are delivered with great force. It uses the most direct methods, the shortest routes, and the fastest speeds to maximize the explosive power of the punches, dealing the most severe blows to opponents.

The movements of Wing Chun are ingeniously designed and not complicated. It is easy to learn, and even those without a martial arts foundation can practice it. Long – term practice of Wing Chun Kung Fu can strengthen the body, maintain physical vitality, and increase flexibility.

Moreover, Wing Chun is a martial art that can truly be applied in actual combat. Through long – term practice, you will develop muscle memory and train your ability to respond quickly and adapt to changing situations. This enables you to handle various uncertainties with ease and protect yourself in critical moments.

 

The Course Features:  

– It is a practical self – defense martial art that is easy to learn and can help the weaker defeat the stronger.

– It is suitable for beginners with no prior knowledge. First, learn the basic skills, and then practice practical combat techniques.

– Instructor: Li Zhihe. He studied under Master Cen Neng, known as the “Father of Guangzhou Wing Chun.” Li Zhihe is the president of the Pearl River Wing Chun Kung Fu Association and has been studying Wing Chun for over 60 years.

– The course has Chinese voice – overs and English subtitles.

 

The Course is including:

The course consists of two main parts: the six basic skills of Wing Chun Kung Fu and the movements and martial applications of the twelve scatter techniques of Wing Chun Kung Fu. There are a total of 12 lessons, and the content of each lesson is as follows:

  2. The Movement and Martial Application of the Bias Fist
  3. The Movement and Martial Application of the Single Dragon Fist + Arrow Fist
  4. The Movement and Martial Application of the Inner Block
  5. The Movement and Martial Application of the Outer Block
  6. The Movement and Martial Application of the Inner Hook
  7. The Movement and Martial Application of the Outer Hook
  8. The Movement and Martial Application of the Inner Nai Lian
  9. The Movement and Martial Application of the Outer Nai Lian
  10. The Movement and Martial Application of the Three – Grade Palm
  11. The Movement and Martial Application of the Flapping – Wing Palm
  12. The Movement and Martial Application of the White Crane Sinking into the Lake
